文章针对党的十七届四中全会提出的＂提高党的建设科学化水平＂这一重大命题和重大任务,提出应以＂六个坚持,六个自觉＂推动宣传思想文化工作各项任务的落实,不断提高宣传思想文化工作科学化水平。     

Influences of Managerial Drivers on Export Sales Units’ Performance of Small and Medium-Size Enterprises

ABSTRACT

This report offers a contribution to the theories related to firms' export performance. Job satisfaction and behavioral and outcome performance of export managers have received attention in export literature. However, the relationships between export managers’ rewards system and the level of export managers’ morale with export managers’ job satisfaction, behavioral and outcome performance, and export sales units’ performance of small and medium-size enterprises have not thoroughly been examined, tested, or validated. A new model is developed based on export managerial psychology theory, which integrates two constructs, the export managers’ rewards and level of morale, as critical variables affecting export performance. The research findings suggest that four connected relationships in a PLS model are positive, significant, and substantial. Particularly, managers’ financial and nonfinancial rewards influence managers’ level of morale, which in turn affects managers’ behavioral performance, and managers' behavioral performance influences managers’ outcome performance, which, finally, affects firms’ export performance.

Social Mobility in Nineteenth Century Rural Sweden – A Micro Level Analysis

Abstract

Pre-industrial rural societies have often been pictured as stationary and immobile both in geographical and social terms. In the last decades this image has begun to change, especially as regards geographical mobility, while our knowledge of social mobility of rural pre-industrial Europe is still rudimentary. This study focuses on social attainment and mobility in a rural community of nineteenth-century southern Sweden, making use of high quality micro-level demographic and socioeconomic data. We show that intergenerational social mobility was quite frequent. Downward mobility was more prevalent than upward, and also increased over time. Social attainment and mobility were determined by a combination of inherited factors and individual agency. Social origin was of major importance, and so was the social origin of the spouse, which points to the crucial role played by partner selection in determining individual social outcome. Availability of networks as measured by place of birth also played a role in social achievement.     

重庆市基本公共服务均等化发展状况实证研究

本文以国家统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区之一的重庆市为例,根据重庆40个区县2000-2010年十年间的统计数据,从公共教育、社会福利、医疗卫生和就业服务等方面建立了评价指标体系,得出了近10年来,尤其是2007年统筹城乡改革试点之后重庆市各区县间公共服务水平变异系数显著下降,即公共服务水平均等化程度不断提升的结论。同时本文还利用回归方法,分析了各项财政支出对重庆市各区县基本公共服务水平的影响程度,发现平衡社会福利、医疗卫生、就业服务三个方面的财政支出对于提升基本公共服务均等化水平有着显著的促进作用。     

Predictors of Social Equity and Price Acceptability Judgments of User Fees

Abstract

This study investigated decision-making process and outcome variables that predict perceived social equity judgments and price acceptability of user fees for visitors to a national forest. Data were collected in onsite interviews of 228 visitors to a USDA Forest Service campground. Hypothetical conditions involving combinations of six procedural and distributive justice factors related to fee policies were created through 12 written scenarios. Five of the six variables were significant predictors in each of the two analyses. The most prominent predictor of social equity was public input. For price acceptability, the most prominent predictor was fee level.

在农村进行小城镇建设是中国现代化过程中的一个不可逾越的阶段，随着我国农村经济的发展，发展小城镇的重要意义变得更为突出。但是，小城镇的发展不能照搬某种模式，而应该注意结合各地不同的发展条件和经济发展的客观规律，制定出适宜的发展策略，章对我国辐射型小城镇，工矿资源型小城镇、市场带动型小城镇、交通运输型小城镇进行初步研究。     

中国城市化水平测定研究综述

城市化水平测度的方法主要有两种 :主要指标法和复合指标法 ,而人口比例指标则又是主要指标法中最常用的城市化测度指标。文章回顾了我国城镇人口统计口径的历次演变 ,阐明了其中存在的主要问题 ,综合论述并评价了国内学者对这些问题的解决办法 ;同时进一步讨论了对其它主要指标法和复合指标法的研究 ,分析了存在的缺陷。
